WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on Orders above INR 1000.00 or USD 50.00. Shipping Fees We also offer shipping at the following rates: Standard orders above INR 999 the estimated shipping fee will be INR 150 or less and for orders above 1000 INR the shipping fee will be free If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO DELIVER THE ORDERS WITHIN INDIA?

The delivery time for INDIA depends on which type of shipping you use if you use EXPRESS shipping your order will be delivered within 2 days and if you choose regular shipping it can take up to 5 to 7 working days. HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO DELIVER THE ORDERS OUTSIDE INDIA?

The delivery time for INTERNATIONAL buyers depends on which type of shipping you use if you use EXPRESS shipping like DHL your order will be delivered within 7 working days and if you choose regular shipping it can take up to 20 to 30 working days. Attention – Express shipping is not available for all locations kindly enter your address during checkout to see if your order is eligible for EXPRESS shipping, If you have any doubt kind contact us through email Contact@alaxta.com.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be ‘subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For EU and UK consumers can return the product within 3 days. For more information please refer to our Terms.
